ABOUT THE PROJECT
We recently completed a job in Kogarah for property developer Level 33.
The $175 million Kogarah Central project consists of 233 apartments across two 11-storey buildings with a mix of studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom apartments.
This project also includes two penthouses and two-storey ‘townhomes’ unique to the Kogarah area.
APG constructed the shoring walls to support a three level basement servicing these apartments. With one of the shoring walls hard up against the neighbouring properties retention wall, the challenge was to construct these pile in high strength bed rock, within such close proximity to an existing basement.
The APG team had a great time working alongside Level 33.
