Machinery
APG operates a fully owned fleet of dedicated piling concrete pumps, providing complete in-house concrete placement capability across bored piling, Continuous Flight Auger (CFA) and deep foundation projects. Our fleet includes purpose-built Soilmec piling pumps and crawler-mounted Liebherr concrete pumps, delivering reliable concrete placement across a wide range of project conditions.
Purpose-built for foundation construction, our concrete pumps deliver controlled concrete flow through tremie pipes and CFA auger stems, helping maintain pile integrity, construction quality and project productivity. By maintaining an in-house fleet, APG reduces reliance on third-party equipment while providing greater control over concrete placement, project programming and site operations.
SOILMEC SKP-90
The Soilmec SKP-90 forms part of APG’s in-house concrete pump fleet, providing high-capacity concrete pumping for demanding piling operations. Designed specifically for foundation construction, it delivers controlled concrete placement through tremie systems and CFA augers, helping maintain productivity across large-scale and complex projects.
Key Specifications
– Applications: Bored Piling and Continuous Flight Auger (CFA)
– Primary Function: Dedicated piling concrete pump
Purpose-built for piling, the Soilmec pumps deliver concrete through tremie pipes and CFA auger stems under the controlled pressure and flow conditions required to maintain pile integrity and construction quality. By maintaining a fully owned concrete pump fleet, APG reduces reliance on third-party equipment, giving us greater control over concrete placement, project programming and production rates. The result is improved reliability, greater flexibility on site, and consistent delivery across projects of all sizes.
APG operates a fleet of five dedicated piling concrete pumps, comprising three Soilmec units (SKP-80, SKP-90 and SP-80) and two crawler-mounted Liebherr THS 110 pumps. This provides complete in-house concrete placement capability across bored piling, CFA and other deep foundation applications.
SOILMEC SKP-80 Concrete Pump
APG operates two Soilmec SKP-80 concrete pumps as part of our in-house piling equipment fleet, providing dedicated concrete placement capability for bored piling and Continuous Flight Auger (CFA) applications. Their reliable performance and precise pumping capability support efficient concrete placement while maintaining the quality and integrity of every pile.

LIEBHERR THS 110 Crawler-Mounted Concrete Pumps
APG operates two Liebherr THS 110 crawler-mounted concrete pumps, comprising THS 110A (#3275) and THS 110B (#3223). These units form part of APG’s in-house concrete pump fleet, providing dedicated concrete placement capability for bored piling and foundation construction projects.
Key Specifications
The self-propelled tracked undercarriage allows the pumps to move efficiently across piling platforms and soft ground without the need for crane assistance. This makes them particularly well suited to large or complex projects with multiple active work fronts and changing site conditions.
Designed to operate alongside APG’s piling rigs, the Liebherr THS 110 pumps provide the mobility and flexibility required for efficient concrete placement. Their crawler-mounted design enables quick repositioning between work fronts, helping reduce downtime, maintain productivity and support consistent concrete placement throughout piling and foundation projects.
As part of APG’s fully owned concrete pump fleet, these units provide greater control over project programming, concrete placement and production rates while reducing reliance on third-party equipment. Combined with APG’s Soilmec concrete pumps, they provide comprehensive in-house concrete placement capability across bored piling, CFA and other deep foundation applications.
